Export
Download everything you have access to — contacts, deals, tasks (and, for admins, all consultants) — as a single JSON file.
Restore
Restoring from a backup isn't self-service here — the database is shared and live, so a bulk restore could overwrite other people's current work. Contact your database administrator (Supabase project) if you need to restore from a backup.
